Welcome to a gentler way of being with yourself.
This space was created for people who are tired of constantly trying to fix, improve, regulate or become a better version of themselves before they can fully inhabit their lives.
Through yoga, yoga therapy, meditation and honest conversation, my work explores what it means to stay present with our experience — not because we should always feel calm or peaceful, but because nothing has gone wrong when life feels messy, uncertain or hard.
You don’t need to arrive here already healed, flexible, spiritual or “good” at any of this.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
I’m a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and meditation guide, but more than anything I’m someone who has spent many years learning what it means to stop standing outside of my own life.
My work has been deeply shaped by my experiences with recovery, motherhood, anxiety, striving, self-improvement, spirituality and the quiet exhaustion of always feeling like I needed to become someone better before I could fully rest.
For a long time I thought healing meant eventually feeling calmer, more certain and more “together” than I did.
What I’m slowly discovering instead is something much simpler and much more human:
that presence isn’t always peaceful,
that a healthy nervous system isn’t calm all the time,
and that sometimes freedom begins when we stop fighting the experience we’re already having.
My approach weaves together yoga therapy, nervous system awareness, movement, breath, meditation and reflective conversation — not as tools to fix yourself, but as gentle ways to reconnect with the life that’s already here.
The work we do together is ordinary, honest and deeply human.
And you don’t need to do any of it perfectly.
