Yogashona

Welcome

You’re welcome here.

This space offers simple, embodied practices grounded in everyday life.

Everything offered here is grounded in staying with the body, the breath and with lived experience, at a pace that supports steadiness and trust.

There’s nothing to perform or achieve — just an invitation to arrive as you are and take your time.

About

My work is rooted in yoga as a lived practice — not something to perform, but something to inhabit.

I offer body-based, relational yoga practices that support staying with experience as it unfolds. The emphasis is on steadiness, simplicity, and honesty, rather than striving for change or particular outcomes.

This approach has been shaped by years of personal practice, teaching, and working with people navigating stress, change, recovery, neurodiversity, and long-standing patterns of effort or self-management.

At its heart, the work is about learning to relate to yourself — and to life — with more ease and trust.
